Dr. Heather Quaile is a double board-certified women’s and gender health nurse practitioner, serial entrepreneur and practice owner, menopause specialist, and nationally recognized leader in women’s health and trauma-informed care. With over two decades of experience across the women’s health lifespan, she created The Q Spot to address gaps in clinical education by delivering practical, evidence-based training in menopause, midlife, business, and sexual health care. Her work focuses on translating complex science into confident, compassionate, and inclusive clinical practice for modern healthcare providers.
